  • Exceptional academic track record in high school and university.
  • Degree in CS or STEM or a compelling alternate path narrative.
  • Drive and a history of exceeding expectations.
  • Well-organised, self-motivated, and timely delivery.
  • Professional when interacting and collaborating.
  • Knowledgeable in web tech (HTML, CSS, JS).
  • Fluent in Typescript, React, or Flutter.
  • Focused on accessibility and performance.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English.
  • Experience with Linux (Debian or Ubuntu preferred).
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Able to travel globally twice annually for events.
