Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Online Commerce, Business, or related fields
- 7+ years of digital marketing experience specifically in SEO and CRO in a tech, B2B, or SaaS-based company
- Proven SEO experience and strong understanding of digital technologies
- Experience with web tools such as CMS (WordPress), A/B testing tools (VWO), site analytics (Google Analytics), and business intelligence tools
- Well-versed in technical aspects of running a website (e.g., UX, SEO, domain management, HTML/CSS/JavaScript)
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced growth organization
- Strong analytic approach to problem-solving and understanding data-driven impact
Day to day
- Manage all SEO and CRO activities including keyword strategy, link building, technical optimization, and landing page tests to increase traffic and generate high-quality leads for sales teams
- Collaborate with marketing, martech, and product teams as well as external partners
- Design effective customer journeys and generate high-quality leads for the sales team
- Design and implement data-driven experimentation/test frameworks to optimize marketing funnel from awareness to conversion
