Requirements
- 6 to 10 years hands-on Windows Server 2016 2019 2022 experience
- Proven vulnerability remediation and patch management experience for Windows servers
- Experience with Qualys or equivalent vulnerability scanners
- Automation experience with Chef and or Ansible in production Windows environments
- Strong PowerShell scripting skills
- Ability to maintain or extend Ruby codebases used for Chef remediation
- Strong understanding of Windows security fundamentals
- Experience with change incident and problem management across support teams

Day to day
- Own end-to-end vulnerability remediation across Windows Server 2016 2019 and 2022 environments
- Analyze Qualys findings and convert them into prioritized remediation actions with careful risk-based decision making
- Build and maintain automation using Chef Ansible PowerShell and Ruby to streamline patching hardening validation and closure
- Coordinate with operations application owners and support teams to execute changes validate fixes and document audit-ready evidence
