Who you are

  • Experience leading Core and Advanced Compensation cycles in Workday
  • 3+ years as a hands-on Workday SME in configuring and maintaining HCM, Core and Advanced Compensation modules
  • Excellent customer service skills for working with internal executive leadership and clients
  • Strong communication skills to translate business needs into system configuration



What the job involves

  • Support the Workday Compensation capability area and potentially HCM Core, Staffing/Onboarding, and Security
  • Partner with the Reward Team for the deployment of global annual merit, bonus, and stock grant cycles in Workday
  • Analyze, design, develop solutions, deliver products, and support post-production migrations for Workday HR systems/tools
  • Act as Workday SME, participate in Workday Releases, and stay updated with new features and functionalities
  • Manage annual compensation administration, including merit and incentive processes, and ensure system and data interfaces are optimized
