Who you are
Experience leading Core and Advanced Compensation cycles in Workday
3+ years as a hands-on Workday SME in configuring and maintaining HCM, Core and Advanced Compensation modules
Excellent customer service skills for working with internal executive leadership and clients
Strong communication skills to translate business needs into system configuration
What the job involves
Support the Workday Compensation capability area and potentially HCM Core, Staffing/Onboarding, and Security
Partner with the Reward Team for the deployment of global annual merit, bonus, and stock grant cycles in Workday
Analyze, design, develop solutions, deliver products, and support post-production migrations for Workday HR systems/tools
Act as Workday SME, participate in Workday Releases, and stay updated with new features and functionalities
Manage annual compensation administration, including merit and incentive processes, and ensure system and data interfaces are optimized
