- Demonstrated success in managing medium to large ERP implementations preferably in a consulting environment.
- Active Workday certification highly desirable.
- Strong project management skills with a proficiency in ERP systems notably HCM Finance and Payroll.

What the job involves
- Act as the primary liaison during end-to-end Workday ERP implementations.
- Demonstrate expertise in Workday product suite including HCM Payroll and Financials.
- Provide effective leadership and mentorship to project teams.
- Ensure successful project delivery within budget and scope defined in the Statement of Work.
