Who you are

  • At least 1 year of experience in finance or accounting, with a focus on Workday configuration.
  • A BA/BS in Finance Accounting Business Administration or a related quantitative field.
  • A self-starter with intellectual curiosity and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
  • A strong sense of integrity and the ability to handle confidential data with discretion.
  • Experience with Adaptive and/or Workday Strategic Sourcing preferred.
  • Workday Pro Certification is a plus!

What the job involves

  • Be the subject matter expert on Workday Finance, maintaining key modules like Accounting, Procurement, Billing, AP, and Tax.
  • Build advanced reports (Matrix, Composite) to provide insights to finance and business teams across the company.
  • Configure and maintain critical finance business processes, such as Procure to Pay and Accounting Journals.
  • Manage monthly ledger close processes and EIB loads.
  • Support system enhancements and maintain Adaptive Planning and Workday Strategic Sourcing.
  • Lead semi-annual Workday Release reports and regression testing.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and present change management updates.
  • Monitor and resolve Workday-related tickets via JIRA to ensure smooth operations.
