Requirements
- Translate business requirements into system requirements
- Demonstrate advanced analytical and technical skills
- Deploy Workday or other Financial systems with 2+ years of experience
- Consultancy experience in Financial processes
- Work with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, or Financial Accounting systems
- Possess excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
- Manage stakeholders confidently and effectively
- Ideally have Workday Financials Certification or similar
- Act with integrity and self-manage with productivity
- Successful completion of Workday Financials Services Core
Nice to have
- Financial Auditing experience
- ACCA Certification
- Lead role experience in virtual teams
Day to day
- Become a hands-on subject matter expert in aspects of the Workday Financials product suite
- Work closely with clients to understand requirements and design, configure, and test the Workday solution
- Develop strong relationships with project team and external clients
- Contribute to high client satisfaction and service standards
- Stay updated with latest Finance tools and influence project delivery
