What the job involves
Operate as a Workday Procurement specialist within the Finance department and help with procurement transaction processing in their new Workday instance
Processes will include creating purchase requisitionsGenerating purchase ordersReceiving goodsProcessing supplier invoicesAnalyzing spend
Collaborate with the system implementer and sustainment team as needed for post-go-live support activities
Help the client team members with learning how to work in the new Workday environment
Demonstrate ability to manage project scope and client expectations
Demonstrate follow-through on assignments and issue resolution
Engage with all project stakeholders to build teamwork and develop trust and confidence
Produce quality deliverables that need little refinement or oversight
