Who you are

• Minimum 10 years of IT experience with 3-5 years in Workday HCM domain.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to travel for major milestones.
• Possess solid experience as a Scrum Master with agile teams.
• Hands-on experience in Workday modules and integrations is essential.
• Experience in managing multiple scrum teams using SAFe.
• Strong communication collaboration and self-starter attitude.
• Certified Scrum Master preferred.
