Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Software Engineering Management Information Systems or related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience in configuring Workday dashboards reports Discovery Boards Prism and People Analytics.
- Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills with strong organizational abilities.

Day to day
- Partner with HR and business leaders to strategically consult on business needs and document requirements.
- Translate business requirements into impactful Workday reports and analytics for organizational insights.
- Collaborate with HR technology and stakeholders to maintain data integrity and develop comprehensive analytics.
- Configure Workday dashboards and reports while providing tool training and troubleshooting support.
