What the job involves
Develop, produce, and edit high-quality, engaging video content for our YouTube channel, ensuring that it aligns with the company's brand and overall content strategy.
Collaborate closely with the content, marketing, and social media teams to develop and implement video content strategies that drive audience growth, increase viewer retention, and maximize revenue opportunities.
Research and identify trending topics, stories, and formats to produce relevant and timely content for our target audience.
Utilize YouTube analytics and other tools to track performance, optimize content, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Actively engage with the online community by responding to comments, collaborating with other YouTubers, and participating in relevant social media discussions.
Film bite-sized, audience-appropriate videos at calculated intervals.
Edit footage to attain consistent, refined, and brand-appropriate videos.
