Role


Who you are

  • Effectively qualify leads and perform needs assessment
  • Meet or exceed sales objectives for assigned accounts/territory
  • Create, deliver, and manage client presentations, proposals and coordinate quarterly business reviews
  • Conduct high-level conversations with C-level and VP-level Executives
  • Utilize solution-selling and value-selling techniques to effectively guide sales processes to close
  • Develop and maintain business within existing accounts, manage large, complex sales situations and sales campaigns
  • Upsell and leverage business from new and established customer relationships
  • Confident with business account, territory planning and delivering commercial models to our customers
  • Develop go to market co-sell strategy (internal Zoom, alliance partner & channel partners)
  • Partner with Product/Engineering on Contact Center integrations & roadmap requirements
  • Travel as needed
  • Growth mindset with high emotional intelligence
  • 6+ years Telephony Contact Center Sales or Sales Support Experience (Cloud & Premises PBX)
  • 3+ years Cloud Contact Center Experience
  • Experience leading others with product/services training and sales guides
  • Salesforce CRM experience, as well as Clari, Zoom Info, Sales Navigator



What the job involves

  • Grow awareness, adoption, and deployment of Zoom Contact Center, Virtual Agent, and Workforce Engagement Management capabilities across current and new customers
  • Help customers re-imagine their customer and agent experiences by leveraging AI for personalized, prescriptive, and proactive experiences
  • Act as a market evangelist within new Zoom customers and customer prospects, framing our proposition around desired customer outcomes
