 Develop and implement innovative methodologies for monitoring and assessing carbon and biodiversity changes using satellite remote sensing data.  Analyse and interpret climate data to assess risks and impacts to carbon projects and their ability to store/sequester carbon.  Lead the integration of remote sensing data with climate models and ground measurements to improve risk assessment accuracy.  Collaborate with insurance product teams to design insurance products.  Create a knowledge base for the team internally and be an advocate for the company mission externally.  Assist the CEO in delivering robust risk methodologies to price insurance policies.
