 Consult with clients directly as a subject matter expert of the Cordial platform, assisting them in understanding how they can apply new product features and enhancements to align with their business goals, and developing and sharing best practices.  Help clients implement Cordial’s RESTful API and JavaScript Snippet into their marketing stack to maximize the value generated from the Cordial platform.  Identify issues, recognize patterns, propose solutions, and help create repeatable processes and documentation to assist with the long-term success of our internal team, clients, and partners.
