 Develop documentation for new data exchanges and features for client implementation.  Map data fields between external specifications and Flume&#39;s canonical model.  Oversee end-to-end integrations including scoping testing and deployment to clients.  Collaborate with the technology team to develop feature requirements and solutions.  Ensure that technical solutions meet customer expectations and business requirements.  Design and refine processes to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.  Communicate complex technical issues to clients using clear non-technical language.
