Day to day
- Develop documentation for new data exchanges and features for client implementation.
- Map data fields between external specifications and Flume's canonical model.
- Oversee end-to-end integrations including scoping testing and deployment to clients.
- Collaborate with the technology team to develop feature requirements and solutions.
- Ensure that technical solutions meet customer expectations and business requirements.
- Design and refine processes to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
- Communicate complex technical issues to clients using clear non-technical language.
