 In this high visibility role, you will work in a hands-on capacity to lead design and technical discussions with project teams, assisting in the design of technical solutions for proposals, and gaining trusted advisor status with clients.  You will become a trusted advisor to our clients and delivery teams by reviewing our products and engineering processes to improve, standardize, and drive business value.  You’ll design solutions that address complex modernization challenges while balancing our clients&#39; business constraints and help roadmap the path to more performant, reliable, scalable, and maintainable approaches.  You’ll work with the new business capture teams to understand requirements that are frequently vague or ambiguous, define a logical solution that meets the requirements, and document the solution clearly using diagrams and benefit statements.  You’ll provide architectural perspective to the 75-person engineering practice and collaborate with other teams across ICF, particularly in the context of large and cross-cutting new business opportunities.
