ImpactEd Group

 Work cross-organisationally and manage key processes such as employee engagement learning and development compliance and HR service management.  Support employee engagement initiatives including implementing development pathways and EDI action plan.  Advise employees on operational queries and organise compliance training.  Manage the people systems and services to ensure efficient use.  Support the Company offsite programme which occurs three times a year.  Work on larger cross-organisational operations and people projects.  Opportunity to work as a generalist with a broad range of responsibilities in a fast-growing social enterprise.
