Day to day
- Work cross-organisationally and manage key processes such as employee engagement learning and development compliance and HR service management
- Support employee engagement initiatives including implementing development pathways and EDI action plan
- Advise employees on operational queries and organise compliance training
- Manage the people systems and services to ensure efficient use
- Support the Company offsite programme which occurs three times a year
- Work on larger cross-organisational operations and people projects
- Opportunity to work as a generalist with a broad range of responsibilities in a fast-growing social enterprise
