Preparing and managing monthly management accounts including P&amp;L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.  Supporting annual budgets, rolling forecasts and financial plans.  Conducting variance analysis to provide insights into financial performance.  Collaborating with non-finance teams to develop and track financial KPIs.  Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and preparing financial statements and audit processes.  Acting as key point of contact for financial support and guidance to Estate Managers and stakeholders.
