Independent Valuations We provide valuations for all regulatory, statutory, and contractual purposes. This includes Fairness opinions for boards, shareholders, and other stakeholders in transactions. We also provide statutory opinions such as S593/596 valuations for transactions involving non-cash consideration and expert determinations under shareholder agreements or articles of association.Advisory
