 Oversee the lifecycle of wholesale broadband products ensuring they meet market demands, are competitively positioned, and contribute to Trooli’s growth and success.  Define and implement the Wholesale product portfolio, creating a roadmap for delivery.  Drive action throughout the organisation and with external suppliers to deliver Wholesale products to market.  Ensure that products delivered are market leading while assuring commercial success and profitability.  Develop pricing strategies that are competitive and aligned to financial goals.  Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape, identify customer needs, and spot market opportunities.  Ensure that all products comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.  Lead on documenting high-level requirements for systems definition and implementation.  Manage all aspects of Wholesale in-life products, including Partner feedback, requirements, and issues.  Create content on products that aligns with Trooli’s brand and ‘tone of voice’.  Ensure relevant Trooli teams and the Partner are trained effectively on the Wholesale product portfolio.  Document and maintain the Wholesale product specifications.  Ensure the desired Wholesale Partner Experience is delivered and maintained.  Develop and deliver a Wholesale product roadmap that is signed off by all stakeholders.
