Who you are

  • Proven Product management experience within the Telecommunications or Broadband industry
  • Able to think commercially and strategically
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder leadership skills
  • Experience of working with Wholesale customers or within a Wholesale distribution environment
  • Able to manage complex projects and product launches from conception to completion
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management or another relevant field
  • Project Management certification is desirable

What the job involves

  • Oversee the lifecycle of wholesale broadband products ensuring they meet market demands, are competitively positioned, and contribute to Trooli’s growth and success
  • Define and implement the Wholesale product portfolio, creating a roadmap for delivery
  • Drive action throughout the organisation and with external suppliers to deliver Wholesale products to market
  • Ensure that products delivered are market leading while assuring commercial success and profitability
  • Develop pricing strategies that are competitive and aligned to financial goals
  • Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape, identify customer needs, and spot market opportunities
  • Ensure that all products comply with relevant regulations and industry standards
  • Lead on documenting high-level requirements for systems definition and implementation
  • Manage all aspects of Wholesale in-life products, including Partner feedback, requirements, and issues
  • Create content on products that aligns with Trooli’s brand and ‘tone of voice’
  • Ensure relevant Trooli teams and the Partner are trained effectively on the Wholesale product portfolio
  • Document and maintain the Wholesale product specifications
  • Ensure the desired Wholesale Partner Experience is delivered and maintained
  • Develop and deliver a Wholesale product roadmap that is signed off by all stakeholders
