 Advise on communication strategies and approaches.  Support defining and executing overarching communication strategy.  Lead efforts to develop and reinforce ACLED’s external brand.

 Leverage data analytics to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints.  Map potential industry leaders and partner conveners for virtual licensing roundtables to hit sales targets.  Collaborate with internal colleagues to design, build and maintain marketing campaigns across sectors and verticals.  Oversee graphic design and create marketing materials for marketing campaigns; measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).  Identify trends and insights, and optimize marketing budget and performance based on the insights.  Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies using data-driven insights.  Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.  Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.  Develop and implement demand gen strategies and campaigns and work with our sales team to measure performance against goals.  Encourage sales and create goodwill for ACLED&#39;s products or services among customers or prospects and support a broad range of marketing activities.  Keep informed of changes that might affect product sales or services.  Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns gain insight and assess against goals.  Be a champion of our mission.
