About ADHD Aware (UK)

ADHD Aware is a Brighton-based national charity with a membership of over 3,000 people, run primarily by neurodiverse volunteers. We provide free peer-led support for people impacted by ADHD. Our 7 sessions per month include online and in-person support and discussions for: adults with ADHD, those awaiting an assessment, their partners, and parents of ADHD children, teenagers and young adults. ADHD Aware provides bespoke neurodiversity consultancy and training, delivered by people with lived experience. Our programme includes training for both employers and employees alike.
