Ayati Mind is a digital health startup social enterprise connecting people with culturally competent therapists, counsellors and life coaches. Our goals are to improve access to therapy for men from minority backgrounds, remove the stigma around mental health, and create a community where people can share, learn and heal from mental health trauma and experiences.

 Provide high-level administrative support to CEO.  Manage CEO&#39;s calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments.  Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, emails, presentations, and documents.  Organise and coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, follow up on action items.  Act as a primary point of contact between CEO, team, and stakeholders.  Assist CEO with projects, conduct research, compile data, prepare reports.  Gather and synthesise information for CEO, inform them of key developments and industry trends.  Facilitate open communication and collaboration within the team.  Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
