Who you are
Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent organisation and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset
Proactive approach with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities/deadlines in a fast-paced environment
3+ years of experience in office and administration management
Desirables
Bachelor's degree
Equivalent experience
What the job involves
Provide high-level administrative support to CEO
Manage CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments
Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, emails, presentations, and documents
Organise and coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, follow up on action items
Act as a primary point of contact between CEO, team, and stakeholders
Assist CEO with projects, conduct research, compile data, prepare reports
Gather and synthesise information for CEO, inform them of key developments and industry trends
Facilitate open communication and collaboration within the team
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
