- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent organisation and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities/deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- 3+ years of experience in office and administration management

Day to day
- Provide high-level administrative support to CEO
- Manage CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, emails, presentations, and documents
- Organise and coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, follow up on action items
- Act as a primary point of contact between CEO, team, and stakeholders
- Assist CEO with projects, conduct research, compile data, prepare reports
- Gather and synthesise information for CEO, inform them of key developments and industry trends
- Facilitate open communication and collaboration within the team
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
