Who you are

  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent organisation and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset
  • Proactive approach with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities/deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • 3+ years of experience in office and administration management

Desirables

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Equivalent experience



What the job involves

  • Provide high-level administrative support to CEO
  • Manage CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, emails, presentations, and documents
  • Organise and coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, follow up on action items
  • Act as a primary point of contact between CEO, team, and stakeholders
  • Assist CEO with projects, conduct research, compile data, prepare reports
  • Gather and synthesise information for CEO, inform them of key developments and industry trends
  • Facilitate open communication and collaboration within the team
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
