We're hiring across a variety of functions.

Backbone

 Manage performance marketing channels, with a primary focus on Meta and Google.  Optimize and report on channel performance, collaborating with agencies and freelancers.  Expand marketing reach into top-of-funnel channels like TV, YouTube, and Podcasts. 

Remote Growth Marketing Manager, NAMER

 Establish strong connections with game developers across the industry from indie studios to major publishers.  Represent Backbone as a proactive partner in areas like controller support, game discoverability, marketing, and user acquisition.  Advocate for developers within Backbone ensuring their needs are understood and addressed by internal teams.  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance Backbone&#39;s hardware and software focusing on developer interests.  Promote the benefits of controller support to drive adoption through strategic communication.  Identify and cultivate business partnership opportunities, including co-marketing initiatives, custom controller collaborations, and user acquisition revenue-sharing deals.  Define key performance metrics for game developer partnerships and report progress to stakeholders.  Expected travel to developer studios/sites once per month nationally.
