 Engage with clients to deeply understand their business processes challenges and technical requirements.  Conduct comprehensive needs assessments through meetings interviews and workshops with key stakeholders.  Work closely with our Product Managers to document and translate client requirements into functional and technical specifications.  Liaise between clients sales and success teams and product/ engineering teams to ensure clear communication and alignment on goals and timelines for discovery.  Collaborate with the revenue team to understand client requirements and present tailored software solutions.  Conduct product demonstrations workshops and technical presentations to showcase the value of our solutions to prospective clients.  Act as a trusted advisor to clients providing technical insights and recommendations to address their challenges.  Provide training and support to clients ensuring they are equipped to maximize the benefits of our software solutions.  Support discovery process with internal teams ensuring that the right stakeholders are brought in to complete requirements-gathering.  Prepare detailed documentation throughout the sales and discovery process to accelerate Bestow delivery teams.  Collaborate closely with product management to document requirements and generate potential solutions.  Maintain up-to-date plans to complete discovery requirements gathering for each assigned opportunity.  Build and maintain partner-facing artifacts to aid discovery and requirements-gathering efforts.  Identify opportunities for process optimization and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
