CI&T

 Responsible for initial discovery for the challenge and management of the work backlog for the Agile team.  Define, document, prioritize and manage the backlog, typically in the form of user stories with acceptance criteria.  Collaborate with engineering and design teams, Scrum Master, and stakeholders to ensure effective delivery, continuously manage the process, and drive incremental delivery of value.  Use product analytics and user research outputs to inform value-based prioritization of work and take responsibility for product quality.  Work closely with client Product Managers, Project Managers, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure individual work items are fit for purpose as delivered. 

Remote Senior Product Owner, Washington, DC

 Develop impactful campaigns and produce diverse content.  Create texts and concepts for campaigns and institutional materials.  Produce content for social media and e-commerce platforms.  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and brand voice.  Research and testing to understand audience needs and improve content effectiveness.
