Who you are

• Advanced English level
• Understand Agile principles and practices and work with facilitators to advocate good practice
• Create and manage the backlog of specifications giving designers and developers clarity
• Proficient in core business tools such as JIRA and Confluence
• Use product analytics and user research outputs to inform value-based prioritization of work
• Take overall responsibility for product quality, standing up for business requirements and approving completed work
• Course correct and evolve products based on evidence, communicating with stakeholders and building buy-in
• Organizational and communicational skills are key for this role

What the job involves

• Responsible for initial discovery for the challenge and management of the work backlog for the Agile team.
• Define, document, prioritize and manage the backlog, typically in the form of user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams, Scrum Master, and stakeholders to ensure effective delivery, continuously manage the process, and drive incremental delivery of value.
• Use product analytics and user research outputs to inform value-based prioritization of work and take responsibility for product quality.
• Work closely with client Product Managers, Project Managers, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure individual work items are fit for purpose as delivered.
