 Collaborate closely with product management and engineering forming the third pillar of our development team.  Develop and lead CreateBase&#39;s overall design strategy in alignment with the CreateBase’s vision and business goals ensuring it remains fresh and innovative.  Champion the visual and tactile aspects of the platform especially with regard to how those aspects influence and delight users.  Establish and enforce brand guidelines to maintain consistency across all touchpoints.  Build effective workflow cadences and engage in mentorship with the rest of the design team.  Identify and enact research to support design innovation and usability.  Collaborate closely with product managers designers engineers and other stakeholders to integrate user insights into the product development process.  Advocate for the user and ensure their needs are at the forefront of design and development decisions.  Foster a culture of user-centered design and evidence-based decision-making within the organization. 

Remote Lead Designer, NAMER
