Remote Lead Designer Job in NAMER CreateBase

Who you are

• Proven experience with customer-facing products especially those that communicate complex information simply
• Experience in design leadership and working with cross-functional teams including product and engineering
• Experience with user research A/B testing
• Candidates should have 8+ years of relevant experience in UI/UX design possessing a distinctive and intriguing artistic style

What the job involves

• Collaborate closely with product management and engineering forming the third pillar of our development team
• Develop and lead CreateBase's overall design strategy in alignment with the CreateBase’s vision and business goals ensuring it remains fresh and innovative
• Champion the visual and tactile aspects of the platform especially with regard to how those aspects influence and delight users
• Establish and enforce brand guidelines to maintain consistency across all touchpoints
• Build effective workflow cadences and engage in mentorship with the rest of the design team
• Identify and enact research to support design innovation and usability
• Collaborate closely with product managers designers engineers and other stakeholders to integrate user insights into the product development process
• Advocate for the user and ensure their needs are at the forefront of design and development decisions
• Foster a culture of user-centered design and evidence-based decision-making within the organization
