 Own the day-to-day management of the P3 partner portfolio and deliver a premium partner experience.  Build and maintain trusted relationships with creators managers agents and industry contacts while supporting partner retention and reactivation decisions.  Develop and execute gifting strategies and creator activations that increase content output brand visibility and community growth.  Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand Creative Social Merch and Retail teams to coordinate logistics briefing and performance reporting.
