DPD UK

 Take responsibility for the company’s diverse insurance portfolio alongside overall responsibility for the Insurance &amp; Claims function.  Assist in delivering the company’s strategic insurance priorities including areas such as policy structure and claims management.  Actively manage and lead the Insurance &amp; Risk Team fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.  Shape the direction of the wider Finance function and align it with overall business goals.  Identify and implement improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the areas under responsibility.  Manage the renewal process &amp; placement of all policies for the UK business.  Oversee and handle all major &amp; complex claims across all classes of insurance.  Provide and collate insurance data to the business for various purposes including insurance renewal claims data and premium recharging.  Act as Subject Matter Expert for internal and external stakeholders.
