 Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy that drives revenue profitably across Meta Instagram Google Tiktok and Youtube.  Oversee and optimize all aspects of acquisition ad spend budgeting testing etc.  Work closely with the content team to create winning content and deliver creative feedback based on data that propels paid media performance.  Monitor reporting across all channels and ensure performance is on pace and trending to marketing goals.  Build A/B testing plans and implement testing initiatives in key areas such as campaign structure messaging creative audience and placement.  Identify and vet new and emerging tactics as they relate to growth marketing and inform the team.  Conduct competitive and market research on an ongoing basis to evaluate consumer behavior.  Manage tags and pixels product feeds and audiences as they pertain to each channel.  Support the marketing department and cross-functional teams with any ad hoc projects as needed.  Identify process improvements and implement ways to improve.
