Director of Growth Marketing

Day to day

• Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy that drives revenue profitably across Meta Instagram Google Tiktok and Youtube
• Oversee and optimize all aspects of acquisition ad spend budgeting testing etc
• Work closely with the content team to create winning content and deliver creative feedback based on data that propels paid media performance
• Monitor reporting across all channels and ensure performance is on pace and trending to marketing goals
• Build A/B testing plans and implement testing initiatives in key areas such as campaign structure messaging creative audience and placement
• Identify and vet new and emerging tactics as they relate to growth marketing and inform the team
• Conduct competitive and market research on an ongoing basis to evaluate consumer behavior
• Manage tags and pixels product feeds and audiences as they pertain to each channel
• Support the marketing department and cross-functional teams with any ad hoc projects as needed
