 Drive the vision for UI Art on Escape Velocity&#39;s projects by embracing the art style and direction defined by the Art Directors and using the art style guide as the backdrop to create UI that is both in alignment with UX&#39;s wireframes and is thematically perfect to the art style.  Collaborate with UX, the Art Directors, and the Game Director to pitch your vision.  Effectively plan and communicate work, ensuring realistic goals and dependencies.  Deliver high-quality UI assets throughout the development process, from early prototypes to final implementation in the game engine.  Build and lead a team of UI Art implementers, whether in-house or outsourced to execute on the vision and style guide for UI. 

Remote Lead UI Artist, UK

 Collaborate with Game Designers, Artists, and Engineers to optimize game mechanics presentation.  Develop intuitive UX flows and wireframes to support high-level design.  Create and express data-informed design decisions, rationales, and solutions.  Benchmark competition for UI/UX insights.  Produce and iterate prototypes based on feedback.  Build and communicate game progressions, flows, and journey maps with rationale. 

Remote UX Designer, UK

 Create AAA quality UI elements, icons menus and HUDs that enhance the player&#39;s experience and align with the artistic vision defined by the Art Director and UI Art Lead.  Assist in building out the UI Art implementation pipeline and ensure the UI Art is built for optimal performance scalability and responsiveness across platforms.  Work closely with game designers UX designers engineers and other artists to ensure cohesive integration of UI components within the game.  Deliver high-quality UI assets throughout the development process from early prototypes to final implementation in the game engine.  Work alongside both in-house artists and outsourced artists in an open and collaborative way to achieve the UI vision.
