 Review court documents with Clients to ensure accuracy and understanding.  Collect signatures and execute court filings and service of process.  Perform regular case reviews with attorneys to ensure accurate case status updates, collection and calendaring of court dates and deadlines.  Partner with our Customer Support team to handle and resolve client questions and escalations.  Maintain routine communications with clients about case status.  Gather relevant information from a variety of sources.  Work as part of a team with all levels of experiences.  Provide assistance to other departments as required.
