Assist in managing projects from inception to completion ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client specifications.  Serve as the technical point of contact for clients within your territory addressing technical queries providing solutions and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.  Conduct training sessions for clients on the operation and maintenance of electrical systems ensuring they are equipped to manage their systems effectively.  Work closely with the sales team to develop proposals and respond to RFPs ensuring technical accuracy and feasibility.  Prepare detailed technical reports documentation and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.
