Day to day
- Provide expert-level technical support to clients including troubleshooting system analysis and design recommendations for power generation transmission and distribution systems
- Assist in managing projects from inception to completion ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client specifications
- Serve as the technical point of contact for clients within your territory addressing technical queries providing solutions and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Conduct training sessions for clients on the operation and maintenance of electrical systems ensuring they are equipped to manage their systems effectively
- Work closely with the sales team to develop proposals and respond to RFPs ensuring technical accuracy and feasibility
- Prepare detailed technical reports documentation and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders
