 Actively identify and approach institutional investors family offices and alternative asset managers to raise capital.  Present the Fracct Bond instrument and investment opportunity to prospective investors.  Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and investment partners.  Conduct investor meetings product presentations and due diligence discussions.  Negotiate and close investor commitments for capital deployment.  Represent Fracct at industry events conferences and investor meetings.  Maintain and report on capital-raising pipeline and closure forecasts.  Coordinate with operations legal and compliance teams to facilitate investor onboarding.  Provide investor insights and feedback to leadership to inform strategy.
