Requirements
- Experience in fundraising capital-raising or investor development
- Proven track record raising €5M+ in capital commitments
- Strong established network within European institutional investor community
- Experience pitching and closing investment deals with institutional clients
- Excellent presentation negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Deep understanding of real estate finance bonds or alternative investments
- Bachelor's degree in Finance Business or related field
- Fluent in English additional European languages a plus

Day to day
- Actively identify and approach institutional investors family offices and alternative asset managers to raise capital
- Present the Fracct Bond instrument and investment opportunity to prospective investors
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and investment partners
- Conduct investor meetings product presentations and due diligence discussions
- Negotiate and close investor commitments for capital deployment
- Represent Fracct at industry events conferences and investor meetings
- Maintain and report on capital-raising pipeline and closure forecasts
- Coordinate with operations legal and compliance teams to facilitate investor onboarding
- Provide investor insights and feedback to leadership to inform strategy
