 The Business Development Manager is the face of ghd, owning day-to-day relationships with key existing salons and onboarding key gains.  The role involves nurturing client relationships to understand their business, challenges, and goals, focusing on delivering value.  The role also includes driving a sales culture within the Salon Channel, blending excellent customer service with sales to achieve KPIs.
