 Serve as a day-to-day HR business partner for select clients across a portfolio of accounts.  Own onboarding and offboarding processes, coordinating documentation, systems setup, communication, and stakeholder handoffs for a smooth employee experience.  Manage payroll preparation, processing, troubleshooting, and benefits administration while partnering with client finance teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain compliance.  Lead recurring HR projects and annual initiatives such as performance reviews, compensation planning, open enrollment, compliance reporting, and required filings.  Support routine employee relations matters, identify compliance risks, and improve operational efficiency through practical process enhancements.
