About Kidasha
Kidasha’s mission is to increase aspiration, resilience and opportunities for children living in urban poverty in Nepal. We support disadvantaged children who experience neglect, abuse and exploitation and work to improve their health and well-being, enable education, learning and employment, and protect them from harm. Through our local Nepali team, we understand children’s real needs and develop tailored programmes in partnership with local government and organisations. We pilot initiatives in communities, build evidence to scale successful models, and drive systemic change throughout Nepal. Our vision is for all children growing up in urban Nepal to have a safe, bright future.
