Ensure compliance with garnishment laws and payroll regulations, interpreting and applying legal mandates.  Prepare comprehensive reports and spreadsheets, utilizing data from various software applications and payroll systems.  Identify and resolve routine payroll issues, escalating more complex matters as needed.  Communicate effectively with employees, vendors, and agencies, maintaining strict confidentiality and professionalism.  Process payroll using SAP, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.  Apply accounting knowledge to support payroll functions and stay up to date with changes in payroll legislation.
