 Lead a team of Field Applications Specialists and act as a bridge between customers and the commercial team.  Ensure excellent customer service standards and oversee the implementation of Nonacus&#39; protocols.  Create and present visionary innovations, strategic decision proposals, and business case calculations.  Provide scientific/technical consultation and lead hands-on product and software training.  Analyse and optimise support workflows for wet lab and dry lab.
