What the job involves

• Lead a team of Field Applications Specialists and act as a bridge between customers and the commercial team.
• Ensure excellent customer service standards and oversee the implementation of Nonacus' protocols.
• Create and present visionary innovations, strategic decision proposals, and business case calculations.
• Provide scientific/technical consultation and lead hands-on product and software training.
• Analyse and optimise support workflows for wet lab and dry lab.
