Requirements
- Significant hands-on technical expertise in Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) applications.
- Expertise in sample extraction, quality control, preparation of sequencing libraries.
- Proficiency in sequencing for targeted and/or whole genome sequencing applications.
- Proficiency in NGS data analytics.
- Flexibility in working hours and availability to travel up to 60% nationally and internationally.

Day to day
- Lead a team of Field Applications Specialists and act as a bridge between customers and the commercial team.
- Ensure excellent customer service standards and oversee the implementation of Nonacus' protocols.
- Create and present visionary innovations, strategic decision proposals, and business case calculations.
- Provide scientific/technical consultation and lead hands-on product and software training.
- Analyse and optimise support workflows for wet lab and dry lab.
