Address customer inquiries and issues in a timely and effective manner.  Collaborate with development and product teams to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.  Serve as the voice of the customer within the company, providing feedback and insights to help improve our products and services.  Monitor customer usage and satisfaction and work closely with the sales team to ensure high retention and upsell rate.
